Plant of the Week: Rue, a nonnative that serves as a Black Swallowtail nursery plant and provides winter interest. Heads up. Wear gloves when planting or cutting Rue back. Some, but not all of us, have got nasty rashes working with them without gloves on. Lesson learned.
