Plant of the Week: Watermelon Radish. This beautiful, tasty heirloom daikon radish is very easy to grow. I bought seeds 20 years ago and have been harvesting seeds to use in the next year ever since. Don’t throw out those nutritious greens. They are delicious stir fried or sautéed in quiche.
